About Dimitri Sherev, MD, FACC

 

Dr. Sherev has been a San Diego resident since the late ‘80s. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. He then graduated from the UCLA School of Medicine and finished internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Subsequently, he graduated from Cardiovascular Medicine fellowship training at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Sherev returned to Los Angeles to complete Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles. He has been in private practice since 2005.

Dr. Sherev is interested in providing personalized care for each of his patients. He is proficient in all endovascular coronary, valvular, and peripheral interventions. He has served in a leadership position on multiple committees at local hospitals.
